Cottage Cove is a low-maintenance and affordable manufactured home community in Clearwater, FL for adults 55 and older. Imagine living in this beautiful, vibrant oasis amongst the shade of palm fronds, surrounded by the country’s best beaches and the crystal blue Gulf. At Cottage Cove, you can create new memories, form new friendships, and enjoy the life you’ve always dreamed of. Bring your fur babies! Two pets at 25 lbs each permitted and no pet fee. Our brand new recreation features an exercise room, library, living room and computer cove.
Our monthly lot fee is $902.10 and it includes: trash, water, sewer, lawn maintenance plus our new activity center complete with exercise equipment, library and pool table. We require a minimum credit score of 600 points (or higher) and a minimum gross monthly household income of $2600.
We offer tours Monday through Friday.
