Activity Director

Are you ready to have fun! You will enjoy a fun work atmosphere, a diverse resident population, and the opportunity to create and implement the programs that will best serve the needs of the community. You will direct the planning and implementation of our resort activities and events.
Activity Director Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort, as well as private events at the resort facilities.
- Coordinate and manage all preparations for events: arrange food and beverages, schedule volunteers, book entertainers, collect ticket sale money, and other duties as required.
- Manage all activities related to monthly newsletters: gather information for articles, prepare layouts, submit final drafts to the printer, and arrange for delivery.
- Maintain open communications with resort management, guests, and vendors.
- Oversee the operation and management of the resort activities office/desk as applicable to ensure adequate staffing, policy, and procedure implementation and administration, asset control, and required documentation.
- Develop an active volunteer program among residents and solicit input and involvement from residents to stimulate awareness and participation.
- Work with residents to assist in the establishment of interest groups
- Partners with the Community Manager to identify, coordinate and market all community events, programs, and services.
- Perform other duties as directed.

Maintenance Technician – Summerloch Green

Who is Cobblestone? We are a National Property Management Company who specialize in 55(+) Mobile home community management. We are currently managing multiple properties across Central Florida and are in need of a highly motivated career seeker for our Summerloch Green community in Casselberry, FL. - Landscaping/ Lawn Maintenance
- Plumbing/ irrigation repair
- Grounds keeping
- Pool Maintenance
- New Home Construction
- Pressure Washing
- Utility Locate/ Detection
- Storm drain system management.
- Waste Management
We also carry a wide variety of skill sets among our maintenance department team (i.e. carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electric, and much more) in which you can learn from and also teach us yours! We will provide you to tools to make an impact and learn, in return, we want to see what you can accomplish and would love to have you as a part of our team! Position Requirements: (currently in need of skilled landscape/lawn care/ plumbing & sewage experienced personnel)
- Certified Pool Technician/ Certified Pool Operator (Preferred)
- Landscape/ Lawn Care Experience (min. 1 Yrs.)
- Plumbing/ Electrical Experience.
- Maintenance Technician Experience (min. 1 Yr.)
- Clean Background.
- Driver’s License.
- Drug Testing Required.
- Time Management Skills.
- Basic operating skills of lawn care equipment.
What will your day be like at Summerloch Green?
- Start: 8:00 AM
- Begin daily routine Grounds keeping.
- Report to Property Manager/ Supervisor for daily tasks.
- Lunch (1 Hr.)
- Perform work order requests given by supervisor.
- End Shift: 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
